We normally say that the voucher should be redeemed within a period of 6 months from the day of purchase. However, we will use our discretion beyond this time as long as proof of purchase can be supplied.
Each pack consists of a blank printed CD in a DVD style case, a voucher with the voucher number on it, an info sheet with booking details and what to expect on your session, and finally, info on how to obtain backing tracks (if it's a Karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer pack).
As long as payment has been cleared we will send the pack anywhere in the UK. Please note that cheque payments will need adequate time to clear before the pack can be sent.
Further copies with the same CD print as the master disc can be obtained at a price of £2.50 per disc. You can take away up to 20 copies on the day. Further copies can be sent to you by arrangement.
We normally ask to you to allow 7 days for delivery but we will normally send the pack to you within 2 days of the order.
Booking details are included with the gift packs but to book your day either phone or email us stating your voucher number and, in the case of the karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer packs, your chosen backing tracks that you want to perform to.
We won't actually arrange accommodation for you but we will supply you with details of local hotels, b&b's etc for you to contact. There is a Travel Inn about 5 mins drive from the studio that is very reasonable and popular.
We now get all our backing tracks via iTunes. Search itunes for the song choice you require. Alternatively, just contact us with any songs that you would like to do and we'll do our best to get them (at no charge) if we don't already have them.
Yes, we can supply them for you. However, to maximise your experience day, we recommend that you try and obtain them yourself beforehand and have a little practice to familiarise yourself with the song. It is important to note that, unlike at karaoke evenings, we do not use the “bouncing ball monitor screen” so it would be a good idea to practice beforehand to get timing and lyrics in your head.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of an Experience Gift we cannot offer refunds as a matter of course but this does not affect your statutory rights. If you return your pack within 7 days of purchase you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will only be given to the purchaser.
Yes you can! A comfortable amount of spectators would be four people. However, if you want more people to come along just let us know on your booking day. Tea and coffee is provided for everyone!!

Broadwood Music Productions Ltd have closed their doors at the Newington Studio as from 1st December 2023 therefore the online shop is currently closed. We are moving to a temporary location in lieu of a new and exciting studio build expected to complete in mid 2024 where our experiences will be enhanced and better than ever, including packages with the option to add accommodation if required. We hope you will bookmark and come back to this site for further updates.
